    Open the command prompt as a admisitrator and run the following commands

     reg add “HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Search” /v BingSearchEnabled /t        REG_DWORD /d 0 /f

     reg add “HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Search” /v CortanaConsent /t              REG_DWORD /d 0 /f
